Banana Cream Squares made with “JIFFY” Banana Muffin Mix.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Combine muffin mix and oats. Cut in margarine or butter. Reserve 1/2 cup.
Press remaining mixture into bottom of pan.
For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and beat until smooth.
Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved mixture.
Bake 35 – 38 minutes. Cool before cutting.
