Banana Muffin Bread made with “JIFFY” Banana Muffin Mix.
Yields: 1 Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 7½” x 3½” loaf pan.
Combine muffin mix, pudding mix and butter. Stir with fork until crumbly. Add egg and milk; stir until just combined.
Bake 30 – 35 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
