Banana Surprise Cookies made with “JIFFY” Banana Muffin Mix.
Yields: 13 - 15 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine muffin mix, butter, sugar, and egg.
Remove wrappers from candy kisses. Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and enclose one candy kiss in each ball.
Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from baking sheet and cool.
