Bee Hives made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 7 - 9 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin pan. Do not use muffin liners.
Cream together coating ingredients. Coat inside of muffin cups with mixture.
For muffins, combine baking mix, wheat bran, brown sugar and cinnamon with a whisk.
Add remaining ingredients until blended. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 14 – 16 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately invert on serving plate.
