Biscuits and Gravy Roll made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a skillet, brown sausage; drain excess fat. Add half of the gravy; stir to combine. Set aside.

  • Step 3

    In a mixing bowl, blend baking mix, flour, and milk to form a soft dough, kneading a few times. On floured surface, roll dough out to a 15” x 12” rectangle. Spread meat mixture on dough.

  • Step 4

    In a small bowl, beat egg and water together; brush edges of dough with egg wash. Roll up from short edge and place on baking sheet, seam side down. Pinch ends to seal. Slit top several times for venting. Brush egg wash over top of dough.

  • Step 5

    Bake 23 - 27 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Heat remaining gravy and pour on top of roll. Slice and serve
