  • Fruit Mixture
  • Crumb Mixture

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9″ baking pan.

  • Step 2

    Combine fruit mixture ingredients and set aside.

  • Step 3

    For crumb mixture, combine muffin mix, orange peel and margarine or butter with fork until crumbly. Stir in milk just until moistened.

  • Step 4

    Pour fruit mixture into pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Sprinkle remaining sugar over top.

  • Step 5

    Bake 35 – 40 minutes.
