Chocolate Cake made with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” or 9” cake pan.
For cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, and cocoa powder. Add eggs, water or milk, and butter. Mix 30 seconds on medium. Scrape bowl and mix an additional 2 minutes.
Pour batter into pan. Bake 34 - 38 minutes.
For frosting, heat cream in a microwavable bowl until hot (about 1 minute). Add chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Whisk until combined. Pour over slightly cooled cake.
