Cool nights, warm blankets, and Cinnamon Donut Holes made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.
Yields: 30 - 36 Donuts
Heat 1” of oil in an electric fry pan or skillet to 375°F.
Combine donut ingredients. Stir until moistened.
Carefully drop by teaspoon into hot oil. Brown on both sides and drain on paper towel.
For coating, combine ingredients in a plastic or paper bag.
Add a few warm donuts at a time and shake to coat.
