Cornbread (Johnny Cake) is quick and easy to make with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix. It’s a light and delicious addition to any meal.

Yields: 9 – 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.
Stir ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (For maximum crown, let batter rest for 3 or 4 minutes, stir lightly before filling pan.)
Pour batter into pan. Bake 16 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.
