Country Biscuits made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Biscuit Mix. A quick and easy way to make old fashioned wheat germ biscuits.
Yields: 12 - 14 Biscuits
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine biscuit mix, wheat germ and flour. Stir in milk to make a soft dough.
On floured surface, knead about 10 times. Roll out to 1/2” thick.
Using a 2-1/2” cutter, cut biscuits and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 – 10 minutes.
