Golden, delicious muffins or sweet cornbread.

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

  • Step 2

    Stir together butter, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, cheese, sour cream, eggs, pickles, pickle juice, and garlic. Add muffin mix, dill weed, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

  • Step 3

    Pour batter into dish. Bake 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle crispy fried onions on top of spoon bread. Bake 8 – 10 minutes more or until center is firm.
