With breakfast or as an evening snack, Donut Holes made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix are a delicious poppable treat.

This Recipe Uses:

Yields: 20 - 25 Pieces

Step 1

Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375°F.
Step 2

For donuts, combine baking mix, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using an electric mixer, slowly add water, mixing to form a stiff dough.
Step 3

Roll dough into 1½” balls. Carefully drop into hot oil. Brown on both sides and drain on paper towel.
Step 4

For coating, combine ingredients in a paper bag. Add a few warm donuts at a time and shake to coat.
