Fruity Cake made with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8” round cake pan.
Combine cake mix and gelatin mix. Add water; mix well. Blend in egg whites and butter. Beat on medium for 3 minutes.
Pour into pan. Bake 27 - 30 minutes. Remove from pan and place on wire rack. Cool completely.
Frost with desired toppings.
