Traditional scones get a flavorful upgrade with “JIFFY” Hot Honey Corn Muffin Mix. They’re tender and lightly sweet with warm cinnamon flavor and a subtle touch of heat. Enjoy them warm for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat with coffee or tea.

Yields: 6 - 8 Scones
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
For scones, combine muffin mix, flour, and cinnamon.
Cut butter into flour mixture until it’s loosely incorporated. Larger, pea-sized pieces of butter will remain visible.
Add 1/4 cup milk and knead until dough forms.
Shape dough into a 5” wide disk. Cut disk into wedges and place on baking sheet.
Brush with remaining 2 Tbsp. milk.
Bake 15 – 20 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
For glaze, combine all ingredients. Drizzle over warm scones.
