Impossible Pie made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: One 9″ or 10″ Pie
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into ungreased pie pan.
Bake 40 – 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
