“JIFFY” Chippers made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 45 - 48 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Combine baking mix, oats, baking soda, and sugars. Add butter, vanilla, and egg. Blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
