Lemon Cookies made with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 10 – 12 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheet.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix and margarine or butter. Add lemon extract and egg.
Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet. Bake 10 – 13 minutes. Remove from baking sheet after 1 minute.
