Kick off your morning with Pancakes and Waffles made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix. Pile on your favorite syrups and toppings for a winning breakfast that’s always a touchdown!
Preheat griddle to medium heat (350°F to 375°F) or as manufacturer directs.
Griddle is ready when a few drops of water sizzle and disappear. Grease lightly.
Stir ingredients together until large lumps disappear (about 15 seconds).
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle/skillet. When pancake bubbles around edge, turn. Pancake is done when bottom is lightly browned.
*If desired, milk may be substituted for water.
