Pie Crust made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix allows everyone to express their creativity in the kitchen!
Yields: One 9" Crust
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut butter into baking mix until crumbly. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough holds together.
Form into a ball. On floured surface, roll out to 1” larger than inverted pie pan.
Place into pan; prick bottom and sides with fork. Trim and flute edges. Bake 10 – 12 minutes.
