Pie Crust Mix

A quick and easy way to make flaky pie crust, delicious cookies, and more.

Yields: 8 - 10 Pops

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    Prepare pie crust as directed on package. On floured surface, roll out to 1/8” thickness. Using a 3” circular cutter, cut out 16 – 20 pieces. Place half on baking sheet.

  • Step 3

    Place 1 teaspoon of filling on each. Gently press one stick onto each, about 1/4 inch from the top. Using your finger, wet the edge with water.

  • Step 4

    Place other half of dough piece over filling. With fork, gently press together around entire edge.

  • Step 5

    In separate bowl, beat egg. Brush pies with egg and sprinkle with sugar (optional).

  • Step 6

    Cut two slits in tops for venting. Bake 14 – 15 minutes.
