Raspberry Cookies made with “JIFFY” Raspberry Muffin Mix.
Yields: 10 - 12 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Combine ingredients. Blend well.
Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake 10 - 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from baking sheet while still warm.
