A twist on a classic, Slow Cooker Spoon Bread Casserole, made with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix.


Yields: 6 – 8 Servings
Grease a 4 – 5 quart slow cooker dish.
Combine butter, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, sour cream, and eggs in bowl. Add muffin mix. Blend thoroughly.
Pour batter into dish. Cook 2 - 2½ hours on high or until center is firm.
Cook time may vary depending on size of slow cooker dish.
