Yields: 6 – 8 Servings
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine butter, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, sour cream, and eggs in bowl. Add muffin mix. Blend thoroughly.
Pour batter into dish. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until center is lightly browned and firm.
