Made with “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix and a creamy frosting, our Mint Brownie Bites are irresistible.
Yields: 40 Brownies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin pan.
Combine brownie mix, eggs and water. Blend thoroughly. Add candy and mix well.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 13 – 17 minutes. Cool completely; remove brownies from pan.
For frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk and mint extract. Blend well. Add food coloring to desired color (optional). Using a piping bag, frost brownies. Garnish with candy or sprinkles (optional).
