Turtle Cookies made with “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix. A mouth-watering, nutty, sweet, rich and chewy delicacy masquerading as a cookie.
Yields: 12 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet, or line with parchment paper.
Combine Fudge Brownie mix, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add egg and water. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet.
Bake 13 – 17 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes, then remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
Top each cookie with one teaspoon caramel sauce, then one whole pecan.
